Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, our refund policy is specific to this category.

All sales are final — except in these cases

  • The key you received is invalid or already activated.
  • The key is region-locked in a way not disclosed on the product page.
  • You did not receive your key within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • The product page contained an error that materially misled the purchase.

24-hour activation guarantee

You have 24 hours from delivery to test and report any issue. After this window we cannot guarantee a replacement, because keys may be activated, transferred, or shared in the meantime.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to My Orders.
  2. Open the affected order and click "Report issue".
  3. Describe the problem and attach screenshots if possible (e.g. activation error message).
  4. Our team responds within 24 hours, usually faster.

Resolution options

  • Replacement key (preferred and fastest).
  • Store credit (immediate, can be applied to future orders).
  • Refund to original payment method (3–10 business days depending on bank).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and we will provide your bank with the IP address, device fingerprint, and delivery proof we collect for fraud protection.
