All sales are final — except in these cases
- The key you received is invalid or already activated.
- The key is region-locked in a way not disclosed on the product page.
- You did not receive your key within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- The product page contained an error that materially misled the purchase.
24-hour activation guarantee
You have 24 hours from delivery to test and report any issue. After this window we cannot guarantee a replacement, because keys may be activated, transferred, or shared in the meantime.
How to request a refund
- Go to My Orders.
- Open the affected order and click "Report issue".
- Describe the problem and attach screenshots if possible (e.g. activation error message).
- Our team responds within 24 hours, usually faster.
Resolution options
- Replacement key (preferred and fastest).
- Store credit (immediate, can be applied to future orders).
- Refund to original payment method (3–10 business days depending on bank).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and we will provide your bank with the IP address, device fingerprint, and delivery proof we collect for fraud protection.
