Instankeys sells exclusively digital products. Nothing is physically shipped. Here is how delivery works.
Delivery methods
- Email delivery: your key is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- Account dashboard: all keys also appear in My Keys for your records.
- Order page: a unique order link lets you retrieve your key without an account.
Delivery times
- Instant: delivered within seconds of payment confirmation. Most products.
- Within 24 hours: products that require manual fulfillment (rare). Always disclosed on the product page.
- Pre-order: delivered on the official release date.
Delays
Most delays are caused by payment verification (especially for first-time customers, high-value orders, or unusual locations). If your order is held for review you'll see the status on your order page and we will email you within hours.
Didn't receive your key?
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Sign in and open My Keys.
- Use the order lookup at track-order.
- If still not found, contact support@instankeys.com.
Region restrictions
Some keys only activate in specific regions. Region locks are clearly labeled on the product page. We are not responsible for keys purchased that don't match your region.
