Instankeys respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a DMCA notice

Send a written notice to support@instankeys.com including all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL or product page where the alleged infringement appears.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same elements above plus consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
